I used Teladoc because I was dealing with a sinus thing and the doctor was really nice, she listened to what I was saying and didn’t make me feel rushed and explained everything in a way that actually made sense instead of using a bunch of medical words.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the wait ended up being longer than what it first showed, which was a little annoying, but once I got connected the provider had a really good bedside manner and I felt like she actually cared and I was taken care of.

I was sitting on my couch after dinner, kind of half-watching TV, and decided to book through the app/website. It was really quick and simple, and I didn’t run into any issues at all.

I had a really smooth experience with teladoc. The doctor actually listened, sent my prescription to my pharmacy quickly, and got me the referral I needed without me having to spend the whole day calling around.
